Your first point of call should be the Downloads section of this website. You can download our handy step-by-step Organisers Guide, packed full of fundraising tips and advice. We also have invites, posters and those all-important Gift Aid forms, that you can download completely free of charge.
Fundraising Ideas
- Invite a local writer, journalist or artist to give a talk about their work. You could offer tea and biscuits as part of the ticket price.
- Use our Tea Quiz as an ice breaker, but also think about selling cakes, jams or teas at your event. Your fundraising ideas don't have to limited to things associated with tea. How about a Plant Sale or a Bring and Buy?
- However large or small your event, ensure your donations go further by asking your guests to fill in a Gift Aid Form. This will help us to take advantage of the Government's Gift Aid scheme, which enables Elizabeth Finn Care to claim back an extra 28p for every £1, that you donate at no extra cost to you!

Elizabeth Finn Care is giving away Floribunda Mugs to anyone that sends us a photo of a themselves having a cup of tea in an extreme location. Up a tree, in a boat, on the train…the weirder and wackier the better! The best photos, chosen by our panel of judges, will be published in the Autumn edition of Finn Times and feature on next year's Big Tea Cosy website.
